time to reboot!
starting a juice fast tomorrow and i stocked up today! can’t believe all of this was so cheap, I only paid $43 for all of this stuff, but since I’m new to juicing i don’t know how long it will last me, either way, once this is over and I start eating much healthier, I will be buying cheap produce like this all the time!
for anyone who has an hour to kill, go watch Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead on Hulu, I plan to post a link to it later because after my friend did a juice fast I did some research and stumbled upon this movie and it was pretty awesome to watch, definitely got me even more excited to start mine.
my last solid meal was my favorite mexican casserole that my dad makes and it’ll have to last.
gonna start with a one week goal then see if I can go longer, I am really hoping to do 30 days at least but I want to take this one step at a time since I’m new to juicing, wish me luck!
